Does TestComplete require a new license when upgrading from v11.31 to v12.20

Hi,

 

We currently have 11x TC10 and 2x TC11 floating licenses. We are upgrading TC11 to TC12.20 and need to know whether TC12 will work with the TC11 license or will we need to acquire new licenses?

 

I am new to TestComplete and come from HP UFT background.

    This is a question best answered by your sales represenatative with regards to support contracts, etc., and getting upgraded licenses.  However, as I understand it, you do need a new license key for TC 12.
