Does Test-complete supports "Redmine" defect tracking tool plug-in

No, TestComplete is not integrated with Redmine.

Hovewer, according to http://www.redmine.org/, Redmine supports issue creation via e-mail. This means that at least you can send properly created mail message from your test to automatically create an issue when the error is posted to TestComplete's log.

If you are looking for the possibility to create issues manually from TestComplete log (http://support.smartbear.com/viewarticle/55677/), you can examine the contents of the *Support.tcx files from the <TestComplete 10>\Bin\Extensions\ScriptExtensions\ folder. These files are zip archives and illustrate how one can create a custom script extension that integrates TestComplete log and some issue tracking system.
