Does anyone know how to delete Test Item links to external DevOps test cases?

Is it possible to delete external test case links to Azure DevOps test cases?   Removal does not seem possible via the UI.   I tried removing the Test Item, re-creating it, then correctly re-link...

    Did you try deleting the link on the Azure side?
