It’s difficult to say for sure whose fault this is. Could you contact our Customer Care Team to investigate this issue - http://support.smartbear.com/product-list/. In addition to this stack trace, please specify the following info:
- Java version installed on your computer.
- Jenkins version.
- The list of used plugins as well as their versions.
