Disable Setting Description Option When Recording or Adding step

I thought I've seen how to do this before and honesly searched the forum. How do you disable setting the 'Description' of a step when recording or adding a operation to a test?

    I've done numerous searches on the Functional Web Testing board and didn't find anything. I must have been dreaming. I wanted to use the description column for documentation because log entries didn't stand out enough and didn't work across multiple lines.
