Creating project suite and project

Hi All,



Can i create projects and project suites without opening TestComplete with command line or something?

Or with script in TestComplete, can i create project suite, a project and its default contents?

    No, this is not possible neither with the command line, nor with script and even with TC COM model (if I remember correctly).
