We have investigated this situation and found its cause. Workaround for the problem is to replace the %SystemRoot%\system32\wbem\wbemdisp.TLB value of the HKCR\TypeLib\{565783C6-CB41-11D1-8B02-00600806D9B6}\1.2\0\win32\ registry key with the C:\Windows\system32\wbem\wbemdisp.TLB value.
