Creating a new support ticket- how to ignore ticket number

When I run a test to create a new support ticket in our support system it automatically assigns a ticket number. so, of course when I run the test it fails because it has created a new ticket, therefore a new ticket number.  How  do I get it to ignore the ticket number?

    I guess this ticket number is used to map the tested objects. You can try using the * wildcard instead of variable part to identify the object.
