Connection to DB2 using connection string

Hi,



I was trying to create Database table checkpoint and connect to db2 using connection string from link http://www.connectionstrings.com/ibm-db2 as you suggested. However I get the following error: 



Unable to connect to specified data source. Database engine reports:

[Microsoft ODBC driver manager] Data source name not found and no data driver specified.




Please some help :)

    Hi Elena,


     


    Based on the error you get, I can say that your connection string is incorrect. Which connection string are you using? Maybe we can give you some clue that will help you.
