I looked into the filecheckpoint, and i see that there are some bottlenecks that prevent me from using it.
Both the files that i want to compare are generated runtime and I do not see an option of adding a file to the filecheckpoint on runtime. I am not sure if that option is available in test complete. ( Please correct me if i am wrong)

I am not sure, if there are other ways of doing it other than the ones specified in the test complete documentation. (yet again, please correct me if I am wrong)

Just save the file to a known name after it's generated and then you can use the file checkpoint.
