Compare tool for Keyword tests something similar to Beyond Compare

Hi , Can anyone let me know if there is a compare tool like beyond compare which can help me compare between 2 keyword files also it helps me to merge the changes . Its too annoying because...

Sometimes in the team we have people who do not know the xml language and it could boggle them up during comparisons etc .... do you think we can suggest it as a feature or something ?
