The keyword text files are XML in structure. So, any text merge tool should work, even BeyondCompare. It takes practice, though, to interpret what's in the file to know what the different pieces look like. Personally, I use the built in diff/merge tools in Visual Studio and it works well for me.
Sometimes in the team we have people who do not know the xml language and it could boggle them up during comparisons etc .... do you think we can suggest it as a feature or something ?
