COM64Helper DLL

We need to register the COM64Helper DLL on our test machines in order to use a 64 bit COM object from Test Complete. However the DLL will not register on my Windows 10  test machines (not tried any other OS). Anyone know the dependencies? I have VS redist 2005-2015 installed x86 and x64.

      Thanks for the reply Alex, my previous description was a little inaccurate. I am trying to use a 64bit out of process COM object from TestComplete (which is obviously 32 bit). The knowledge article i linked to was a workaround for in process COM objects, so as expected failed to work for me.

       

      So the question is: Is there a way to access out of process 64 bit COM objects from TestComplete? Thanks, Mark.
