Close "Save Changes" dialog when running testcomplete from commandline

I'm running TestComplete from command line with /e in order to close TestComplete when it finishes the execution.  However TestComplete shows a message asking to save the Project Suite. I think this happens because a new Project Suite Log is created as a result of the execution.

How can I avoid this message or force TestComplete to close?
