24 days agoIt looks like the issue stems from a compatibility mismatch between your TestComplete version (15.75.22.7) and the newly installed Chrome 139.x update on Windows 11.
TestComplete’s official support for Chrome is 134 https://support.smartbear.com/testcomplete/docs/app-testing/web/general/supported-browsers-and-technologies.html Newer versions can cause erratic behavior unless a specific patch is applied as in the support reply back.
Here’s what you can do:
- Rollback Chrome to a supported version (like 134) and test again.
- Upgrade TestComplete when release is made available that addresses the issue.
