Check/incheck items in the executution plan from the scripts

Hi,   is there any way to check and uncheck an item in the execution plan?   Thank you

      Is this for execution of different flows in a programmatic way?

      We could set different tags to trigger for execution so you could simply change the tag at runtime. Would that solve the issue?
