With out Version Control Software
I simply copy the entire directory and move it to the new location.
With version control software what must be check in.
The entire directory
Or the project file
Or somewhere in between

Thanks Alex and it is appreciated. That is near the link I posted. I user stand all the components of TC project's. My question what has to be checked into a source control system. I am am not used to testing software have to be put into Source control. However it is like any other piece of code.
Do we check in the project only
Or additionally
All the key word tests.
Scripts
Name mapping etc.

"Below is a full list of project suite, project and project item files added to the source code control: ..."
everything from the list that follows must be checked-in into source control.
And the second part close to the article's end:
"the following files are not added to the source code control: ..."
and everything from the list that follows should not be checked-in into source control.
