Cann't activate TestComplete

Hi all!!I try activate&nbsp;TestComplete in my virtual pc.During activation popup mesage with text "unable activate"Why I cann't activate TestComplete?

Hi Albert, &nbsp; I suppose you are using the commercial TestComplete license, right? In this case, please refer to the "Using TestComplete on Virtual Machines" article to learn more about using TestComplete on VMs. &nbsp;
