Cannot proceed to Academy
I want to try Free Training from Academy but cannot log in

Hello Marsha_R, Good day! I'm just trying to access free courses in Academy to avail certificate but I couldn't log in.

I believe this login is a separate one from the one you use to log into the Community, etc. Try signing up. If that doesn't work, the instructions there at the top of your screenshot say to email if you are having issues and you should do that.
