Cannot open the .mds file because it is not a valid project suite or project file

Dear Forum,   We have developed a TC framework using V12.   However, we have to migrate our machines and we can only have V11 on the new machines.   And now we cannot open the TC framewor...

    It's related to version.  Once a project is converted to a major version (like from 11 to 12), you cannot back-port it to an earlier version.
