Do you have MS Visual Studio installed on the target machine? If you do, try following the steps below:
1. Close Visual Studio and TestComplete.
2. Rename the VS7Debug folder on your disk (as a rule, the folder is located here: "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\VS7Debug"), for example, to _VS7Debug.
3. Reinstall the Microsoft Script Debugger using the link from the mentioned FAQ article.
