Can TestExecute run on Windows Embedded 7 as TestComplete runs on the same?

Windows 7 Embedded is not in the list of supported versions of Windows (http://support.smartbear.com/testcomplete/docs/general-info/system-requirements.html#supported-windows-versions), but if TestComplete can run on it then TestExecute should be able to run as well.
