Can TestComplete access ActiveX Components from a different user

Question

We're running our program utilizing the "RunAs" functionality in TestedApps. Our program includes the Tlist ActiveX component and our scripts are written to access them. However, when running our program utilizing the "RunAs" functionality, our scripts cannot seem to access those components. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!

Hi Matthew,I'd recommend that you specify the settings required for testing applications in the "RunAs" mode. For more information on these settings, please refer to the Settings Required for Testing Open Applications in RunAs Mode article. Does this help?
