Can any one help, Test complete object spy is not identifying excel ribbons.

Test complete object spy is not identifying excel ribbons. Ex: I want to know whether Format Painter option is enabled or disabled?

    Hi,

     

    In addition, if I remember it correctly, MSAA extension in TestComplete had to be enabled to make Excel ribbon elements accessible.

Thanks for the reply, I'm using 12.20 and excel is 2013.

Do you able to see the Excel process in your Object Browser something like below?
