Bug? Default Project Properties - changes to mapping lost after open/close TC8

After seeing this was a known issue reported fixed in 7.10, I sent a note to tech support through the automated system. It included the following text:

<meta content="Word.Document" name="ProgId" />
<meta content="Microsoft Word 12" name="Generator" />
<meta content="Microsoft Word 12" name="Originator" />

Your website reports a Bugfix page for 7.10 that is
unfortunately a broken page. The blurb showing in the search results says
"Custom values of default project properties could be lost after
TestComplete was closed". That's exactly what's happening to me.
