Best method to compare large data sets without opening excel

Question

Hi,&nbsp;My team wants to avoid use of excel in our BDD script tests and opening the excel was causing lot of issues.&nbsp;Is there any alternative method that would be helpful to compare the different data sets without having to open any text or excel file manually?&nbsp;Thank you.

Working with text files is less complicated than working with Excel. That's the way I would write it.

If you have an Excel file named&nbsp;Book1.xlsx, rename the file to&nbsp;Book1.xlsx.zip. If you then open the zip file, there will be several files which makes up the Excel document. These files you can compare without the need of Excel&nbsp;&nbsp;
