Application hanging timeout, ms - Specifies the time interval (in milliseconds)

    Click Tools > Current Project Properties > Freeze Diagnostics and see bottom.

Can you do this via code? Similar to  how you set the  auto-wait timeout (Options.Run.Timeout). I tried searching for it but no luck.
