App is instrumenting but displaying error on installation

I have 2 apps to test one is instrumenting and installing and launching but the second one is displaying an error while installing the app. Both apps are instrumenting by the Testcomplete. Error:...

    App was working when the app had been created with the xCode.

Issue is still there , I am unable to create the new build using Xcode, because client cannot give us their project file.

App starts installing but crashes when the installation reached to 75% of its installation. and working fine with the ipa before instrumenting.

I don't know what is happening. I am using the testcomplete 12.10.602.7 and devices are iPhone 6+ ( 9.3.1 ) and iPhone 6 ( 10.1.1 )
