App is instrumenting but displaying error on installation

I have 2 apps to test one is instrumenting and installing and launching but the second one is displaying an error while installing the app. Both apps are instrumenting by the Testcomplete. Error:...

    App was working when the app had been created with the xCode.

1. How do you instrument your application?

2. Can you build it and run using Xcode?
