That's possible. According to the "Developer Express ExpressQuantumTreeList Support" article, TC 9.31 officially supports:


Developer Express ExpressQuantumTreeList ver. 4.41, 4.2, 4.49, 5.49, v2011 vol 1.4, v2011 vol 1.5, v2011 vol 2.3, v2011 vol 2.5


 


The important note for Delphi applications: they must be compiled with debug information so that TestComplete could work with them properly. Please make sure that your app was compiled properly: Preparing Delphi Applications for Testing
