Add URL www.abcd.com   as a exception URL in my smartbear browser  so that resources are loaded.

I want to add the URL www.abcd.com    as a exception URL in my smartbear browser  so that resources coming from the URL are loaded  siuccessfully from my browser . How can I do this.
