API version in swaggerUI

we are moving to swagger documentation, in our actual API documentation we have de API versions with some release notes, example:

-update API adding new param

 

the notes explain the latest changes in code, is there a way to get this in swagger? some properties we can handle for this?

    I have a similar need. Where can I maintain the release notes / change logs of the endpoint.
