Will SoapUI tell me how to connect to a web service

Hi, I'm pretty new to web services and need a pointer or 2. I have a webservice that I can get response from within SoapUI. The problem is I want to get the same process into an asp.net webpage....

Instead of telling what commands to send, will Soap UI tell me what xml to send ?
