Where does soapui look for soapui-settings.xml when starting

The user name on my pc (running Windows 7) changed. When I start SoapUI it still looks in the old C:\Users\<username> directory for the settings (soapui-settings.xml). Where is that default directory stored? I would like to change it to the new Users directory.
