Unable to Launch SoapUI 5.8 / any version after installation

Hi Can anyone help as I am unable to launch the app on windows 11 laptop

    Kindly, verify the Java version bundled with the application. Due to known problems with the included JRE, consider removing the bundled Java and configuring SoapUI to use a system-installed Java 8 or Java 11 instead, also kindly share the Error messages in logs ?
