I do this  in my loadtest to run a testcase


def setup_Testcase = loadTestRunner.loadTest.testCase.testSuite.testCases["testcase_name"]

def runner = setup_Testcase.run( new com.eviware.soapui.support.types.StringToObjectMap(), false )
