SoapUI Pro 2.5.1 hardware recommendations

Hi All,

I'm running SoapUI Pro on a machine with only 1 GB RAM.  I'm noticing poor performance and am able to only create a single request to the web service I am testing at any given time.  i.e. I can't have two requests open (tabs) at any given time. 

I'm curious what are other SoapUI users running for hardware...?

    Hi,

    hmm.. I guess it depends a bit on your OS and any other applications that may be running. You could try increasing the memory settings for soapUI to -Xmx512m in eather the .vmoptions file and/or the .bat/.sh files you may be using (ie replace -XmxXXXm with this value)
