Forum Discussion
you may need to download the SLF4J extensions and place them in the bin/ext directory of your 5.X version of SoapUI.

The page to find infomation on this issue is: http://www.slf4j.org/codes.html#StaticLoggerBinder
I could not get the SLF4J files to work for me. So I found the logback-classic.jar file and used it instead.
Could you explain better how you solved the problem? I have the same problem and I don't know what to do. Must I use SLF4J files or only logback-classic.jar file? What do I have to do with slf4j-nop.jar, slf4j-simple.jar, slf4j-log4j12.jar and slf4j-jdk14.jar?

Hi,
Can I just check that the problem isn't in fact to do with the plugin (AutoImpo
rtMethodFactory class not found) errors rather than the Slf4j message that occurs under similar circumstances? The reason I ask is because this guy was doing something similar and reported a similar error message:
Ignoring the discussion around reporting options in the above thread, it turned out that the actual problem was that he needed to remove the broken plugins to remove the errors like those shown in the stack trace for this post (not the slf4j messages).
Have you tried removing the broken plugins?
Regards,
Rupert

Hi,
Not sure if you are still looking for a solution to the slf4j error message, but I investigated the error and blogged a couple of options for fixing it as it was stopping some logging working that I needed:
Let me know if it helps,
thanks,
Rupert
