Launch Testrunner Project Properties?

In Ready API, Launch TestRunner, what is the objective of specifying the "Project Properties". having environments enabled, it looks like the script can derive the project properties from the environment specified. Isn't that true?

    Yes! Specifying the environment to be chosen through -E switch in command line or specifying in the override tab of Launch Testrunner option, the project properties could be derived by the SoapUI NG scripts.

      Ok, override is the word I was looking for. Wonder if the tab should call that out saying project properties override
