I am unaware of any way for SoapUI to inject directly into QC currently. Since QC uses an API for this, and SoapUI is essentially built to handle APIs, theoretically you could just make a request to the QC server during your test case that submits the information you desire to be submitted.
My company is in the process of upgrading to ALM and I might end up looking into this as an option for my next script. I've been wanting something to process directly to and from QC for quite a while now.
