Missing Dependencies in soapui pom.xml?

having a look at http://www.eviware.com/repository/maven ... -2.5.1.pom I noticed that the pom file has no dependencies declared.
We had problems with this pom when we were using soapui programatically -- and finally added all required dependencies (i.e. one for each jar file in the downloadable jar file distribution) as additional dependencies.
I was just wondering if the dependencies in soapui-2.5.1.pom are missing by intent?
