Hi Rao,
Thanks that's seems to be a good starting point. Only this documentation also seems to be outdated.
This page about creating a Sample Plugin using the maven archetype is incorrect;

Ole Lensmar seems to have the correct documentation;
http://olensmar.blogspot.nl/2014/07/getting-started-with-new-soapui-plugin.html
And another issue is that SoapUI 5.2.1 requires that the Plugin is signed by smartbear to be able to load it in SoapUI without an (official) option to accept unsigned Plugins.
