How to compare the json dates received in REST response with dates in xls file?

I want to compare the dates in xls file with response received with  REST request.

I am using xls file as data source file which is generated from virtual data tool.

and shows the data format like "1/28/2016 12:00:00 AM"

 

any idea guys?
