"Get Data" do not working any more in my project how can i fix it ? with SOAP Open source

Hi I did update  definition , then when I did Get Data in order to have Custom properties and Global properties, nothing happened, it does not work any more How can fix it Thank in advance for you...

"Get Data" is a feature of ReadyAPI / Pro software and Open source edition does not support it.

No ;"Get Data" by doing right click then "Get Data" in order to parametrize variable is working in  SOAPUI Free version.

It is working on my home computer and also on my collegue computer.

I am working for Bank, so I do not have admin privelege on my computer(cannot write anything on my local c drive), Technical support install  SOAPUI free version for me, then I noticed that doing Get Data does not working that's why  I am seeking how to fix it

    Have you earlier used SoapUI Pro trial version?

        That is the reason, and all pro features are disabled once trial period ends.

    Get Data is still available in the open source version from the right click menu in some windows like an XML request. I don't think you would need Admin privileges.

     

    Can you attach an image of the window where you would use the right click menu?

      Hi !

      I did right click then Get Data, but  nothing happened after that: I should see the synthaxe of properties of variable at test case, test suite or global level, but nothing happened.

       

      I know it so strange.. I have SOAP UI open source  at home it`s working fine.

      For my co worker which has admin privilege on her computer it is working fine as well with SOAP UI open source version.

      so I am tryin to find the root cause of this issue.

        Sorry not sure how can it be resolved.

        Would you like to install 5.4.0 a fresh and try it in a new project to see if that is working?
