WSDl is not able to load in trial version of soapuiPro4.6.4

Definitely looks like a connection issue. See if there's any additional details in "SoapUI Log" tab at the bottom of SoapUI Pro.

I'd also change the proxy to manual and specify your settings in: File > Preferences > Proxy Settings tab > Proxy Settings = Manual
