TcpMon installer?
Please tell me where to find the installer, or what to do with the .jar (found at: https://tcpmon.dev.java.net/files/docum ... tcpmon.jar) to work with SoapUI running on Win7 or XP.

You should be able to launch TcpMon by simply double-clicking on the jar file. If you want to be able to launch TcpMon from within soapUI, you will need to use the version which is available here: http://ws.apache.org/commons/tcpmon/download.cgi (the binary distribution). To use it, download and extract the zip file, then point soapUI to the location of the extracted folder, by opening the soapUI Preferences, going to the “Tools” tab, and clicking on the “Browse” button next to “Apache TcpMon” and navigating to the extracted location.
