soapUI can't access the Internet.

I appreciate your responses and time! Thanks for that.

This post seems to have the maximum responses and so I thought I might try my luck here. I have downloaded soapUI ver 3.6.1 and run into this problem. My computer is windows XP and I am authenticating against a proxy that is NTLMv2 or basic. When I enter my settings in the global proxy settings (File --> Preferences --> proxy settings) I can see these values in the "soapui-settings.xml" file (located under my documents and settings). However when I fire up soapUI I cannot connect to the Internet in the startup page or when I send my REST request.

I have tried all the suggestions mentioned in the post including making sure that my preps.js is the same as firefox.

Note that if I uninstall 3.6.1 and install 2.5.1 then I can connect to the internet. So this seems specific to 3.6.1.

Any help would be appreciated.
