SOAP step timeout when running from Azure DevOps task

    As the first step, I recommend that you check the timeout properties of the problematic SOAP request and the corresponding test case. Please refer to the SOAP Request Properties and Test Case Editor help topics to learn how to check the options.

    If this does not help you to overcome the issue when running the test from Azure DevOps, please submit a case using this link and provide your project file for investigation.
