Reporting with requirements pass and fail by by testStep

I finally got it to work. Thanks for your assistance Marcus. From what I can tell the Description tab must be filled out. I was not populating that because the instructions didn't say it was required but as soon as I did that it started to work correctly.

The only problem is the requirements are illegible. Can anything be done about the pdf formatting?
