Can't type in endpoint in Ready API 4.0

Hi. I just "upgraded" so far it hasn't been great basic things are just not there, the one I want to know most how to fix is endpoints. Before I could type in the existing endpoint and add whatever nw vm name i needed usually i would change vm-name-2 to vm-name3 and click add endpoint. Now when i start typing in the endpoint it blanks it out, and says its not found. If i click edit endpoint i get  blank text box for the endpoint url, the same as when i click add endpoint.  To get around it I have been using ctrl c to grab the existing endpoint then clicking, add endpoint pasting it in and changing it to what i need. That's very inefficient. How do I get back to just typing what i want in the existing url and clicking add endpoint?

    Hi, thanks for your honest feedback. We updated the ReadyAPI UI in response to customer requests for a more modern experience and to align with the updated SmartBear design system, which also gives us a stronger foundation for improving accessibility going forward.

    We recognize that the 4.0 release introduces significant UI changes that may require an adjustment period for existing users, and that some areas may currently present usability issues or inconsistencies, including the ones reported here. We’ve documented the known issues and are actively addressing them.

    A patch release is planned for next week to resolve the reported endpoint editing issue and additional UI concerns raised by customers.

    In the meantime, ReadyAPI 3.67.0 remains fully compatible, so teams can continue working without disruption while we roll out fixes and improvements. Download installers from the ReadyAPI Downloads Center.

    Thank you thomas_hurley​ for the feedback and excellent Known Issues page .. very helpful. Generally, I do like the design ..the issues that most folks have had I do share with them but I see a plan to resolve by SmartBear.

    Having the same issue .. now have to edit the entire URL .. not liking this change.

    Hi everyone,

    We’ve rolled out a patch update for ReadyAPI (4.0.1) that addresses the issues reported in the editor related to spacing, the assertions panel, and endpoint editing.

    We’re also continuing to review the request/response editor panels and the Workspace Navigator for additional improvements based on your feedback. Those updates will be included in upcoming releases as we complete the work.

    We’ll also provide detailed documentation outlining the updates and changes so you can review them before upgrading.
